We Help Parents Raise Confident Leaders & Adults Reach Their True Potential!
Getting Started is Easy:
Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to achieve your fitness goals while learning how to protect yourself?
I remember when I was a child, feeling uncertain about beginning martial arts. I wondered if I had what it took to succeed and I wasn't the most athletic or confident child - quite the opposite. Little did I know that beginning my martial arts journey would be one of the most profound experiences of my life!
Master Park's Black Belt America and Shilla Warrior have created a community of committed and positive martial arts instructors and students who continually strive to improve the physical, mental, and social aspects of their lives.
As soon as you become a martial arts student, you join a community that works together toward improved physical strength and stamina, better focus and concentration, greater self-discipline, competency in self-defense, and, most importantly, increased self-confidence.
We focus on the personal development aspect of martial arts, not just self-defense moves.
Our instructors are all certified black belts, qualified, and licensed to teach martial arts.
Our facility is always clean and features a viewing area for parents, as well as matted floors throughout.
We are committed to teaching the physical skills of martial arts while applying attitude-shaping exercises aimed at bringing out the best character and physical potential in each student. Through weekly martial arts training, instructors advance their own martial art and educational knowledge to become even more effective martial arts teachers.
The Master Park's Black Belt America instructors are required to maintain their personal level of martial arts knowledge and a high level of personal growth. They are expected to take classes on a regular basis and test at least once per year.
Our staff looks forward to working with you.
Martial Arts And Self Defense is a Korean martial art practiced by Master Park's Black Belt America students. The name Taekwondo is derived from the Korean word "Tae" meaning foot, "Kwon" meaning fist, and "Do", meaning way of. Taekwondo literally means "the way of the foot and fist." It is characterized by the use of high standing and jump kicks as well as punches and is practiced for sport, self-defense, and spiritual development.
The journey from White Belt to Black Belt is one of incremental learning and skill development, that students of any age and fitness level can embark on.
One of the most fun parts of martial arts training is the ability to test your skills by competing in a tournament. Tournaments are not only fun for competitors, but they also become a great social experience for parents as well!
From sparring to forms to team demos, these awesome competitions are not only a place where our students can test their skills, but also a place where team spirit is built, fears are overcome, and character is developed. Most importantly, they are tons of fun!
One more reason you will love martial arts at Master Park's Black Belt America!
