Our youngest wrestlers learn through movement, play, and imagination! Each class focuses on building balance, coordination, and body awareness while teaching respect, teamwork, and listening skills. Your little one will crawl, roll, hop, and wrestle their way to greater confidence - all while having a blast!
Our boys’ program teaches real wrestling techniques in a fun, supportive setting. Students practice stance, movement, takedowns, and control — all while learning sportsmanship, discipline, and perseverance. We help boys channel their energy in positive ways and celebrate effort, focus, and improvement each step of the way.
Empowerment meets athletic fun! Our girls’ wrestling program is all about strength, self-confidence, and teamwork. Girls learn proper technique, coordination, and balance while discovering how powerful they truly are — inside and out. Every class builds courage, friendships, and pride in what they can accomplish.
Our teen program is for ages 13-17 while our adult martial arts program is for ages 18 & up.
