Finding a fitness routine you can enjoy should not be a difficult task. The cardio intensity experienced in a Muay Thai class is extreme, and that is why when we think of kickboxers we always imagine the most toned, ripped physique out of all mixed martial arts practitioners.
A single Muay Thai class can burn anywhere from 600-1200 calories depending on intensity. We kick bags until we are drenched in sweat, but also practice drills with other team members. The results are always the same: Fat melts, muscles get toned and your reflexes and determination achieve levels you never experienced before.

Muay Thai is the ultimate fat-burning program; it is one of the most ancient martial arts that can also save your life in real-world situations. We train together learning boxing moves and proper kicking techniques, all in a clean, safe environment.

Our teen program is for ages 13-17 while our adult martial arts program is for ages 18 & up.
